Missing Products / Samples

Hi, I just bought the Lo-fi samples bundle and I can not get them to show in Native Access.

I have refreshed Native Access, re-installed it, deleted the Native Access xml file in the Service Center folder… pretty much everything I can think of to get the products to show in Native Access and I'm having no luck. Has anyone here experienced the same problem or can help by providing a solution?
