If you uninstall any NI products using Native Access, ALL programs listed in the "Uninstall or change program" section of the Control Panel disappear!
You can't uninstall or change any other programs…
Moreover, you can't open files directly, since you get an error message "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed" (although they are installed). You have to open the apps first…

I still haven't found a fix to this, I'll probably have to reinstall Windows…
Just wanted to let the community know.

Hi @christelford @Sunborn . This issue should be patched. You could still run into an issue where "Add or Remove Programs" uninstallations can cause your product to enter a broken state instead of fully uninstalling. Two options here:

    • Close Add or Remove Programs menu, reinstall the product, then uninstall again
    • Go to C://Users/Public/Documents/Native Instruments/installed_products and remove the .json file that corresponds to the product you tried to uninstall.

This is the best fix we can provide now. Products that have been updated or reinstalled can be uninstalled normally again. This is necessary because we adjusted the uninstall script to also now delete this file.

Regarding the OS concerns, this should be patched. Apologies for the inconvenience, and good spot!
