Every time I try to download Abbey Rd 60s drummer and the Kontakt player on Native Access it fails. My OS is Sonoma. I purchased Abbey Road 60s drummer 2 years ago and could not use it with my OS because it was too new at the time and was not compatible. Does anyone have a solution for me?

Preordered Komplete 15 not showing in Native Access
I preordered Komplete 15 a while back. Supposedly it is now ready to download. I found my serial number (in MY Products) and input it into Native Access, but I still do not see K 15.

Native Access Error: "Path is invalid" when trying to locate an existing expansion
As per subject, i get the "Path is invalid" error message when i try to locate the expansion on my hard drive. The files are there. The existing knowledge base says i need to indicate the folder in which the .NICNT file resides… but there is no such thing as .NICNT files in the expansions. What am i doing wrong? Thank you…

There seems to be some instruments from NI 15 standard Missing on the NI app download, like Alicia Keys, Acoustic sunburst delux, Vocal colours, and some others. Does anyone know why these would be missing ?

Sorry the fault report of NA not working on pc has been sorted it was my PC
the fault was cured by running scannow cmd so it looked like a KBD fault but after swapping KBD and mouse it was still the same and only on NI set but as I say it was a corrupt file on my system fixed now
