I can't find my instrument from my computer.it was deleted by mistake

Hello guys

I need your help.

I wasn't able to locate Cinematic string from my computer, because I deleted it by mistake.I need to install again but I can find how I can solve this because I can find it.Anyone can help me to reinstall my intrument.

I really appreciate your time to give a way to solve asp this issue.
