EW Symphonic Choirs - Reactivation in my old XP computer?

Dear All
I own a license for EW Symphonic Choirs that I purchased years ago. I have the original discs, the serial number, and the authorization key that I used in the original installation on my Windows XP computer. The hard drive broke, and now that I have replaced it and reinstalled EW Symphonic Choirs, it is asking for another authorization key! I have seen that EW Symphonic Choirs is no longer supported. Does this mean I can no longer use the program????
I know that Windows XP is an old system, but it has been running and continues to run without any issues. It is robust and has been the foundation for all my editing with Nuendo 4 in my studio for many years. I neither want nor can change my system. I don’t remember the email account I used to register the product, but I can verify in Native Access that the product is already registered when I enter its serial number.
What can I do? It's a shame not to be able to use such a versatile product that is perfectly integrated into my workflow. I have the original box and discs, and I have written down the System ID and the authorization key that I used on the first day of installation, on the exact same computer. But now it gives me a different one and asks for another authorization key! I don’t understand—it's the same machine!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
David Gnomusy

This page says that the Symphonic Choirs can still be activated in Native Access. The problem here appear to be that you are trying to use the product on an OS no longer supported.
I can not say if support will help you but I think that the only chance of getting it to run would be if you ask N.I. Native Access and Installation Support to help you do an off-line activation of some sort and then take a full image based drive backup of it all once you got it running so that you can reload from a backup in case that you have any accidents.
In case that you need guidance contacting support : Please read : how to get support !

No it's not - because you changed the hard drive. The key parts of the computer hardware are linked to the system ID so if you change them, the system ID changes.
