NI install error

I have the NI access app and it's worked in the past but for some reason it's stopped working and when try to open the app it tries to install an update which fails to the attached error message. I've tried uninstalling the app and removing everything from the folder path as well as uninstalling the whole app but i don't know what else to do. I also tried to create a ticket but on the site i only get a 'log in to contact support' button despite being logged in.

Uninstall N.A. and NTKDaemon if still there

Then run the N.I. reg tool to remove any left overs in registry from both Native Access and NTKdaemon

then reboot

Then download the Native Access 1

then unzip the file

and then run the installer as an Admin

Then reboot

Then uninstall N.A. 1 and NTKDaemon

Then run the N.I. reg tool to remove any left overs in registry from both Native Access and NTKdaemon

Then Reboot

Then download latest version of Native Access for your OS and run installer as an Admin.

If that doesn't work then try running the installer in safe mode.
