I paid for the Traktor Pro 4 upgrade! it shows in Native Access .that the product is only Demo and is not activated

Do you see the TP4 licence on the Serial Numbers page in your account on the NI website? Just to check, if you bought the TP4 update do you have the base product, ie TP3 or TP2/1 depending on which update you purchased?

I purchased Traktor X1, installed Traktor Pro 3, and registered the product. I paid for the Traktor Pro 4 update, but it shows that it is a DEMO . I did everything as indicated by the link, but the problem is not solved .

When did you buy the X1? If it was a recent purchase it should have included TP4 so while you're talking to support check if you were eligible for a free upgrade.

My main product TRAKTOR PRO 3 was registered on my account azat.s@***** . Payment by mistake for updates was made on azat.sd@***** and I can't register the product, Can you tell me how to register TRAKTOR PRO 4j

You'll need to contact support to resolve this, it's not something that can be done on the forums. Log into the NI site using the address that you have TP3 registered on then go to support here - https://bit.ly/n1accExplain the problem and they should be able to help you out.
