Finding library in older version of Kontakt

Hey,

I just upgraded from Intel to Silicon Mac, and back then I used Kontakt 6 player. I have now downloaded both Kontakt 6 and 8 including all the libraries I used to have on my old computer. They open just fine in Kontakt 8, but I can't make Kontakt 6 locate these libraries. Especially my Hybrid Keys library, as I have many old projects using this library.

How can I make Kontakt 6 open these libraries?

I have downloaded all the libraries etc in January 2025 and everything is up to date as of today.

Generally then be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Else then maybe you need to use library versions compatible with Kontakt 6 ?

Previous versions of recently updated Kontakt libraries / compatibility with K6 older libraries

(You might need to remove present version before installing old version)

Also , standard help articles for Mac :

Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
