I can't find Komplete 15 Electronic in Native Access

Hello, I'm here because I just got Komplete 15 Electronic via a product from Thomann but I can't download it. I entered the Komplete serial number in Native Accès but it does not appear so I cannot download it. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance

Hello Maceun, as the Komplete 15 Select Electronic is a bundle and not a product itself, you will not see a product with that name but you should see all of its ingredients in your Native Access instead. If you see the products mentioned above in your Native Access, this means that you have received your Komplete 15 Slect and you don't need to worry about it.

Komplete 15 isn't a plugin, it's just the name for the package. You're probably looking for Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol.

Indeed, I thought it was a plugin like Kontact. But suddenly all the plugins you mentioned are actually komplete electronic?

It's a collection of Kontakt Instruments, Play Series instruments, Leap expansions and FX plugins. You will also need a DAW or other software like Kontakt 8 Player, Reaktor 6 Player and Komplete Kontrol.

You should also add Komplete Start to your account.
