i have registered the serial of my maschine but i don't see the software in native access
I bought the mikro mk3 machine and I registered the serial number on native access and so far everything is ok. In my profile among the serial numbers compare that of the machine but in native access the software does not come out

Cannot Login on Native Bloody NO-Access
I cannot login yet again on my account with Native un Access. I have two large Spitfire products on this and I cant use them as I cannot update the bloody Kontakt Player to 7. Kontakt 6 is now refusing to load various products. Honestly. I am fed up with this constant nonsense.

Pet Peeve with the subscription
I subscribed to NI and did a trial for one month. Now all the plugins appear in my NI Access and I cannot see which ones I own and which ones are from the previous trial. There is no feature to hide the previous subscription plugins and it is driving me crazy. Why can´t these be deleted or go away? This is really annoying…

Hi group, I have a problem I ve purchased komplete 15 but after initial downloading process of banks it just stop downloading..if I open my native access (blue icon) it just says unable to update ..so I can't even get to page where I see downloading process..any help is appreciated. Tried all the recommendations, no dice. Solution would be great. Only Retro Machines and Vintage Organs downloads failing-all other upgrades with Komplete 15 downloaded perfectly. Seems I'm not alone with this problem.
