NATIVE ACCESS waiting for connection!

I downloaded Kontakt 8 Player on NATIVE ACCESS, but I’ve been
and download it. It just keeps showing “waiting for connection.” My computer is a Mac M1 with no VPN or suspicious software—it’s a fresh, clean OS installation. My macOS version is 15.2, and I’m using a mobile hotspot for my connection. I’m located in the Philippines.
This issue has been going on for way too long, and I’ve tried so many solutions. I just don’t understand—how can a major software company like NI have such a fundamental problem with NATIVE ACCESS? It’s just a download manager. Why does even the most basic downloading function fail? And why isn’t there a web-based backup download option? Not every musician is a software engineer.
When problems like this happen, it wastes an incredible amount of time. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you!

This guy has summed up my frustrations also. Can't install anything. Can't believe NI releases software (Native Access) when it clearly does not work. I have to agree with OP, it's just a download manager. Why is it so bloody difficult to have it work correctly??
