How to Resolve Missing Maschine 2 Software in Native Access for Maschine MK3

Hello,

I recently purchased a Maschine MK3 and successfully registered the serial number through Native Access. It confirms that the product is registered and shows the message:

"You have successfully registered Maschine MK3. If you are unable to install the product, you might need to locate the installer of the product first."

However, the Maschine software does not appear under Installed or Available products in Native Access. I have refreshed the app multiple times, confirmed that my account matches the registered product, and tried downloading the software manually, but I am still unsure how to proceed.

Could you please assist me in locating the correct installer or resolving this issue so that I can access the Maschine software

    If your license isn’t showing up in Native Access, it’s usually because the OS isn’t supported or it needs to be added manually by our support team.

    I have the same problem too, I bought a used MK3 and the previous owner transfered the serial number, I register the product with success, but Maschine 2 is nowhere in Native Access. I looked everything, send two tickets to the support but I guess NI just doesn't want to help its customers

    What's the latest OS supported by this?

    I'm having the same issue. No Machine 2 software being shown in my available.

    System requirements are available on the product pages of the main site.

    Give us some detail. Have you just bought the MK3 new, or is it a used one? etc. etc.
