Add Library issue

Got Komplete 15 Select for free under the NKS Hardware Partner Program. My issue is trying to download and install iZotope Nectar 4 Elements, which is in the Band bundle. In Native Access, for Nectar 4 says "Add Library". It appears I need to download Nectar 4 first. I read this "You can get the Komplete Select voucher code via our partner’s pages where they are distributing software licenses". The only voucher I recieved was for Komplete 15 Select on inmusic website. Where do I get this redemption code? I logged into my Izostopes account, nothing there, nor in my Native Instrument account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

    Vouchers always come through your email.

    So, please check your spam folder too, sometimes they ended-up there… :-)

    Thanks for the response. I already did check spam and nothing there. The only emails i recieved was my invoice and how to use Native Access. All other instruments i wanted was successfully installed. Courious, should I have recieved it from Native Instruments or Izostopes
