I can't log into Native Access with my Ni password.

Ive changed my password numerous times, reinstalled Native acess, rerstarted my machine…. nothing works!

    It is identical.

    If logging into your NI acct (via browser) works - then the same credentials should work in NA.

    On another note - I haven't been asked to "log into" Native Access for over a year - and this was after my "NI/izotope" Account sync up process about 6 months ago.

    Obviously, my User/PW combo is sound - but I am wondering why so many are actually being prompted to log into NA?

    The only time I have ever seen this is a brand-new install of NA OR you actually have been messing around with your NI password?

    Is it Native Access that's getting the password incorrect or the Mac? When you install and run Native Access for the first time a Mac dialog pops up asking permission to install components. If it's a small box asking for your username and password it's probably from the Mac. That's expecting your Mac login username and password. This is what the Native Access login dialog looks like once it's installed properly -

    If it is a N.I. log-in problem as opposed to a Mac security pop-up then if you can not log-in then contact N.I. Account Support .

    Got the same problem - can login to the NI website OK, but Native Access won't recognise my email/password. Should it be the same as the website password? If so, there is a problem as the website password has just been updated today and is working fine.
