How can I restart Maschine MK3 so it will load the presets?

No sound on some notes when recording
I hadn't used maschine in a while until recently so Idk if this was an issue in 2. Sometimes when I'm recording I trigger the sample/vst I don't hear any sound, the midi event is there and when I play it back it's fine. I notice it happens mostly when the quantize is turned off. Maschine Software won't show up after Hardware registration
Hello, I bought Maschine MIKRO MK3 and registered the hardware in NA. The instructions says that the software serial should show up in NA after registration of the hardware and I've refreshed NA several times now. So far only Massive, Monark and Prism show up but the MASCHINE software not. How can I resolve this issue?
