How to get support? Chat agents not answering.
I understand there is no phone support or email support. but chat agents are not answering. I talk to the automated AI agent for a while and then they "escalate" to a human and nobody ever picks up the chat. I purchased duplicate software packages and can't get it fixed. any ideas?

Why is my order 'Under Review' AGAIN?
This repeat is just ridiculous. Some people have been waiting for months after purchase. This practice of not delivering products even after recieving payments is just straight up scam. I will be filing a law suit in 2 days if you guys do not deliver my products cause this is just becoming a joke.

Guitar Rig 7: switching presets live with a midi foot controller
