Can't install most of the libraries in Native Access

Hi! Basically I'm having this seemingly popular problem.

When I try to download any products I've got in Native Access, the download's stuck like this:

67 / 67 MB - Less than a minute remaining

Then after a long wait it says "Download failed".

I contacted the support 18 days ago and still can't resolve the problem.

The support provided me the link to download the manual installers, which doesn't work.

Would appreciate any help of using my newly bought Komplete 15 Standard.

For the first time in my life I can't use a bought product for such a long time.
