Hi I recently getting Download FAILED when trying to update Controller Editor.

I have been trying for over a week to get into Native Access (2.4.0 now but 2.3.0 before that) and I only get an error that it cannot connect to the Internet. Nothing I have tried has resolved this and I've submitted 3 tickets now to support but have gotten no emails back (and I've checked Spam). Help!

I've wasted so much time trying different suggestions to get 2.4 installed but to no avail! The previous version (1.14.1.156) will not allow me to install a sample library that's just over 45 GB to my system drive that has 198 GB free space! So I'm stuck, not being able to install this library since v. 1.14.1 doesn't make sense and 2.4 cannot be installed!
Yes, I have a ticket for this problem but no response!

Actually it's still happening, I can't update it. There was an update for Traktor that had no issues, the controller editor still won't update.

Is it showing Controller Editor 2.7.4 ? When you install Traktor, it installs Controller Editor 2.6.2 because of an issue with S4 controllers. If everything is working and it's only showing this update, just don't pay attention to it for the time being. If you have issues with Controller Editor, please comment in the threads started already: Keeping getting failure trying to update to Controller Editor 2.7.4 from Native Access

Still not updating, still taking a long time to load and sometimes doesn't load at all.
Are you guys sure NA2 was out of beta?
