    A small bug report:

Today I bought Synth and Tangle Packs from Toybox - and tried to activate them via Native Access on Windows. Here are some issues:

Serial activated - no new updates showing.

Refreshed - no new update showing.

    Installed latest version (2.0.7 - 2.11)

    Repeat - same issues.

Uninstalled - then installed Native Access 1 - both activations were showing - and added library (this took 30 seconds, as opposed to taking a lot longer in NA2.

One further note - I was able to register the license keys multiple times in NA2, to no effect.

Workaround linked in Mac point #4 is a Jira issue that's not been made public. Can that be copied here please?

Hi! On my computer, each time Native Access is started it asks for administrator privileges. I just wanted to verify that it's its intended behavior, is it? Can it be made to run with lesser rights? I'm on Windows 10.

Native Access 2 starts without admin privileges by default. Or are you talking about Native Access 1? That always asked for admin rights as well here.

It’s doing this to me as well. It’s very slow to start up. I’m considering downgrading to version 1. I’m on Mac Big Sur.

Well, it was doing it. 2.1.0 is now up and it no longer asks for my admin password. It's still slow, but that might be because my NI collection is fairly big. 😁

Native Acess has been in the interface of "Loading products" now,

I have been stuck in this interface, and I have repeatedly reopened it and found that it is still stuck in this interface.

Please fix this problem as soon as possible, which will cause me great trouble.

There is also the 2nd generation new edition, which I found is not more convenient in the function of "locate".

Why can't we associate Kontakt local library with one click? We can only click "locate" to associate it one by one. When uninstalling, we can only use the uninstaller tool to uninstall one by one.

Can you do it more conveniently?

Just One-click association to import all local libraries, one-click unloading of all local libraries, and one-click deactivation of all libraries.

Please feedback this suggestion to your product manager and engineer to add this function to Native Access 2nd generation software.

Just got my product today and haven't been able to use it. Native access won't go past "Dependency istallation process is taking longer than normal..." I've installed and ran Daemon, it didn't work. Now waiting over an hour for support to get back to me. Extremely unsatisfied right now.

Sorry, I was out of office for a little while. I corrected the article with a link to our support that can provide this workaround.

I forwarded your comments to our teams, thanks for your input on that matter. Were you able to solve the issue with Native Access 2 being stuck on Loading products ?
