Maschine+ Power Bank guide

I let it be heavy I am worried about Lithium and waste after some time of using batteries and Power Banks.
New Sodium ion batteries with more charging and discharging and higher capacity.

Howdy! Ive read through your guide but I am very much so an idiot when it comes to electronics. I have this power bank already and am about to buy a Plus, and want to make sure it works! I still would need to but the USB C to 15v cable you recommended though.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2VWVPRX?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1If I use this with the cord you recommended, I should be alright? and if not, and need to purchase another one, I would prefer to purchase something made by a quality company (that is to say, I am willing to spend a 1-2 hundo to get a quality power bank that will last), so do you still recommend the one that is on the first page of this thread, or do you have an "upgraded" option? Thank you so much for your time.

I've been using this cable for the past few months with no issues:
With this power bank, I have been in the dog park with the Maschine+ for 4 hours and still had around 70% battery:

Hi all,
I would like to buy a power bank with an DC Output of 16,5V (instead of 15V) and 3A.
What do you mean…does it work? Or is it better to search for a power bank with DC Output of exact 15V?
Tnx for replies and tipps

Non-matching power specifications is always a bad idea, unless you know exactly what you’re doing (like „I designed this circuit, I know it can handle this“).

Yes, that model is fine, just get the right PD trigger cable for the USB-C Ports.
Good charging habits (same as for phones) helps with longevity and also how well it's made, but it's hard to tell what's just marketing and whats real.
That is a very arbitrary voltage, I would not risk it or think it's worth it, most devices are 9, 12, 15 or 19 volts. If for some reason you're really set on that model you could buy a "step down" voltage converter but that requires some DIY skills, such as soldering, measuring the current, etc…
First USB-PD is cheaper than DC and better because it's flexible and can be used for anything, from M+ to your phone, laptop, etc… Secondly, even DC power banks usually have a button to change voltages, so i'd look for alternatives in your shoes.

hi there, great post and heaps of info. Thank you all for sharing. I’ve just updated from the mk3 to the m+ and loving it.
I find that there are lots of PD 65w Power Banks out there but lots don’t show the Voltage and Amps in there specs.
here is an example:And this on Amazon
Could anyone confirm if either are okay to use?Happy for a recommendation. I’m in Australia

Okay so I saw this post above and figure I'm good to go using the usb-c to dc cable with my macbook pro power supply. sorry for the spamming, just sharing.

It should work, Belkin claims to follow the USB‑C Power Delivery 3.0 standard. For reputable brands, they generally deliver what they advertise.
Yes, that's fine.
