Native Access is not displaying option to Download/Install Maschine 2 or 3 [MaschineMK3 owner Dec24]

I don't have the ability to Download or Install the Maschine 2 or 3 Software!

Please help!

From what I have read upon Purchasing the Maschine MK3 in Store in December 2024, the item Maschine 3 Update should come with my Maschine MK3.

In further reading, I saw that one needs to install Maschine version 2 first. —> That does not show up within Native Access also! I am currently unable to do either!

In watching videos from YouTube I noticed that it should be appearing within Native Access so there is certainly an issue at hand!

*I sincerely miss the days of CD's/DVD's or even Direct Downloads because this issue would likely not have been one

Check the forum. There are many threads stating NA has this exact issue (Maschine not appearing).

In particular this Announcement where Jeremy_NI is trying to help people with this issue.

It seems the main suggestion is to get in touch with support (probably they are adding it manually to the account, waiting for the problem to get fixed. NI is specialist in workarounds)

Thank you @LostInFoundation , I'm very new to all of this and not used to this Digital Download stuff either so it has been very frustrating for me, especially after spending so much $ during tougher times. Music is a release I'm hoping for…..I've tried to Contact their Support already and no response as of yet is what lead me to Signing-Up and Posting here, which is also very new to me.

Thank you for acknowledging the Ticket @Jeremy_NI (not sure if I had input them properly as it was a first time for me) and hopefully reading my Posts.
Really wanting to use the Software and Hardware that I bought in December 2024 and January 2025 soon!

I can Confirm that Maschine 3 Software has now appeared in my Native Access as well as I Received an E-Mail stating similar too!
I read that I should Install the Massive 'Previews' Library after the Maschine Software, hope that is the way!

One issue down of two, will continue to follow-up with next.
