I am trying to register an external Kontakt instrument in Native Access, but I am getting an error.
I recently purchased Shreddage Drums Kontakt instrument, installed it with Pulse Downloader, and tried to register it with Native Access as Add Library, but I keep getting an "unable to retrieve owned products" error. How can I fix this?
