Bank recognitions not native instrument
Since I installed the latest version of Native Access, it has recognized a lot of sound banks like Arturia but without putting the thumbnails and also seeing other sound banks that have nothing to do with them.

NA not running and showing a pink square

Many K12 ULTIMATE products missing in N.A.
Bought it a few years back, perpetual, or so I thought. I login in today and lots of instruments are simply gone from native access. I can "add them if I had previously downloaded them". As if NA didn't get over and beyond to remove any copies of downloads. Expensive lesson. Stay away from this company and their products.

aria2c.exe always running

Native Access sent me an update to Phoenix plugin which won't work in my Kontakt 7!
I updates the plugin like suggested by Native Access and now it won't work! I don't want to buy Kontakt 8, and don't want to use Kontakt 8 player. I paid for the full Kontakt 7, why in the hell would I get an update that will kill my plugin unless I buy new stuff?!
