why cant i install this library?

hi all.

any ideas why it says 'add product' and no option to install.

for some reason i dont have the library on my HD so need to re-download.

The True Strike 2 manual says to use DVDs for installation , but I do not know where you bought or if it were a physical media version or download version that you bought, but it appears as if Native Access expects you to install using a third party download and then point N.A. to place of installation. Check for a download where you bought (?) or try contacting ProjectSam support and ask them.
