How do I change mailing address on my NI account?

in Native Access

Hi there:

Account Settings say you can change your physical address, but you can't.

Anyone know how/who to contact to get this done?

(Of course one can't just contact a human being there - Heaven forbid!)

    It can be done at the final stage, after "check out" when you are about to buy the product.

    When you see the shipping address there should be an "edit" (or a "change address") link.

    Thank you Sunborn!!

    This will actually change the mailing address in my NI Account Settings??

    (And therefore - in theory anyway - change the sales tax amount due for this order. I moved to a no sales tax Province in Canada you see - Alberta - and am not willing to pay this extra 5% any longer as for so many years before I moved. Hopefully the system will adjust this also during the ordering process.)

    I agree with WilliamTheLion, the text is misleading. I went and had a look after reading the post.

    The dropdown menu link literally says "Name, address, email, password - but when you click it, there's no way to edit your physical (postal) address.

    Even the account page here → https://www.native-instruments.com/en/account/

    It states "Edit your account settings – name, email, password, address."

    This is correct… if you go to account settings there is no address to change, it is the same for me.

    The only way to change it (that i know of) is as i described above.

    Your NI account settings has no visible mailing address that you can change (is the same for everyone, i also can't see it)… only e-mail address.

    But i have made to procedure i suggested in my previous comment. I have changed my physical mailing (shipping) address last year, and the procedure was as i described.

    I am also in Alberta - and all I ever pay is 5% GST.

    This is calculated based on the addy you enter when you place your order.

    I disagree - it's not "correct".

    If the text in two different locations (the dropdown menu and the account page) mentions ADDRESS as well as name, email and password, then the user will expect to see (and be able to change) their address, because that's what it says you can do!
