Getting Access into Native Access

Hello, my login to native access does not work I have install both mac and apple applications to even ensure that is wasn't because of the wrong download. my email and login work to get Into the website but it doesn't. Please help

Your problem is a 'classic' .
What you are trying to log into is NOT Native Access ,
it is a Mac security pop-up that you are seeing and you need to use your Mac password .
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access and correct version for your OS
