14 Missing Products from Purchase: Komplete 15 Collector's Edition Update

Hello Good People:

There are 14 products (that I can tell) from my purchase last night from NI, Komplete 15 Ultimate Collector's Edition Update, just loaded into Native Access from NI.

Including: Kontakt 8, Guitar Rig Pro 7, Session Guitarist Acoustic Sunburst Deluxe, Session Percussionist - and more - but these are the important ones to me…. especially WHY I noticed.

Anyone have any potential solutions to this gaping hole in my new purchase?

    Also…. Yes of course I hit Refresh.

    Additionally, I found the Serial # for the purchase (which you're not supposed to need to use) and input it into Native Access. No change. Products still missing from "Not Installed."

    First thing to do is check your NI account online.

    Login and confirm that all your product is listed. If it’s all good there - should be good in Native Access.

    Next. What OS and what version of Native Access are you running?

    Finally - your login for NA must be identical to your NI Acct login. If they are not - anything is possible for a product listing.

    Please ensure you're using Native Access 2, latest version here

    That would rule out at least one potential cause.

    Apart from what VocalPoint already wrote then also be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

    else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .

    Also reboot computer

    Yep… my Native Access is OLD… Way old.

    That's probably it. Will try updating that shortly.

    If you are using Native Access v1 - that is essentially retired. You should uninstall that ASAP.

    Install Native Access v3.18.1 (or higher) and your new Komplete 15 should fill in nicely.

    Yeah… simply a matter of me still using a very old version of Native Access.

    It's been a while. But back into it all now. Yay!
