Cannot update name in my profile

Hello,
I tried changing my first and last name in my profile, but after saving, the old name still appears.
I’ve cleared cache, logged out and back in, but the change is not applied.
Can you please update it manually?

My current email is: [REMOVED by Moderator]
New name: [REMOVED by Moderator]
