I purchased the collectors edition on Friday of last week. I have yet to be able to use them. I entered the serial number into my native access. And that number disappeared from my account on NI. I can't re-enter it. Nor do I know what it is now. I created a ticket for support. It's been almost a week though with no response. I have already attempted the steps outlined by the virtual assistant. Deleting XML files. Reinstalling. Logging out and back in. All of it to no avail. I just want what I paid for to work. Please help.

Be sure to be logged in to the correct N.I. account both in browser and in N.A. !
Else then first check on your orders page that there has not been any problem with the order.
Then check your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page
Then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Turns out i was an idiot. Somehow got registered on an email i didnt think i signed in with. Used gmail login so i may have just misclicked and kept signing in on the email i thought it was on
These things happen , hence my suggestion to be sure to be logged in to the correct N.I. account.

Check if the ulterior suggestion (deleting a specific folder) on this article can help, although I suspect that if the issue is related to the Collectors edition disappearing from your account it won’t work and you’ll have to wait for the ticket to be answered because only support could fix that
