I purchased the collectors edition on Friday of last week. I have yet to be able to use them. I entered the serial number into my native access. And that number disappeared from my account on NI. I can't re-enter it. Nor do I know what it is now. I created a ticket for support. It's been almost a week though with no response. I have already attempted the steps outlined by the virtual assistant. Deleting XML files. Reinstalling. Logging out and back in. All of it to no avail. I just want what I paid for to work. Please help.
