Hi, new user to Kontakt. I've bought Spitfire Symphony Orchestra and trying to use it. I've been asked to choose a location from the Native Access portal thing. I've no idea what to do after this as it's not exactly clear. The "read how to fix this" page is less than helpful too. Does anyone know how to upload this?

Where are my sounds in saved files
So I use FL 21 to make my beats. When I try to load older saved files with kontakt banks they load but without the actual bank loading. So none of my sounds are loading in.
