Konkakt not finding Installed Instruments and Expansions

So.... Kontakt has never found all of my installed Instruments and Expansions.

To remedy this I moved everything to a specific directory on an SSD.

To my knowledge I have managed all paths to go to the correct places, but it just can't see some of the things... this is instruments, expansions etc...

For Instance I have Moved everything into: E:\_Native_Instruments\Documents

I have set the File Management Routes in Native Access to E:\_Native_Instruments\Documents

I have set the FIle Management Routes in Kontakt 7 to E:\_Native_Instruments\Documents

and SOME of it shows up, and some of it doesn't.

For example "Borough Chops" does not load into Kontakt, it's not populating it at all.

I've no clue or idea if I can tell it to do a new refresh of things, or if so how...

I've restarted the apps a hundred times, and reset the PC several.

Nothing seems to make them show up.

Any ideas?

I tried to reinstall borough chops, it errorred.

It still shows as installed

it is still now showing up.

Reinstallation screen shows the correct current location is where it's installed.
