Loading VG Harmonica into Kontakt 7

Hello I have just purchased and loaded Kontakt 7 to my Mac book air m1. I have also purchased VG Harmonica. What is the process for loading that into Kontakt 7. I and new to this so it is currently sitting in my downloads. What steps do I take?

They're installation notes are too vague and not very good. Can someone help us step by step so that we can use this software?
