I got an email saying I qualify for the discount on the new Cremona Ensemble library (I own CE14) but when logged in the store says I don't qualify.

Komplete 15 transfer sound samples to another computer with external hard drive?
I have Native Instruments komplete 15, can I transfer samples from one computer to another with an external hard drive? it seems to be taking excessively long just to download them from the site.

I see that the cost of Komplete 15 Select Beats bundle is less than most of the included plugins by themselves Does anyone know if the instruments/plugins included in the bundle exactly the same as if they were purchased by themselves?

Valves Pro Key Switching
Why are they key switches available for preset that are blank? Some of them are all blank and once you hit one, you can't even play the instrument anymore because you can't key switch back to having any type of articulation/note type…. this is driving me insane.

How can I browse Kontakt 6 factory presets in Komplete Kontrol
Kontakt 7 got a new library, but I still want to be able to view and use presets from the old library. Of course I can load up Kontakt 6 by itself, but I want to use Komplete Kontrol. How can this be done?

Sustain Pedal inverted
When I connect my sustain pedal its inverted and notes are only sustained when releasing the pedal. When i open the settings and change absolutely nothing, it works. So this must be a bug. It would be better if the pedal settings were not part of the midi template also
