Free gift – choose a Leap expansion for Kontakt 8 Player

Has anyone been able to get the free gift Leap expansion for Kontakt 8 Player without having to create a new account? 

Is NI sending out emails to registered users with instructions on how to get the free gift?

I can't add this free leap extension to the cart; every time it redirects me to the Komplete Start page, even though I have almost the full Komplete package. Does anyone know how to get this free Leap extension?"

You will need to claim Komplete Start in order to get Kontakt 8 Player and the two free expansions (Acoustic Drums and Lo-fi Vibes), should you own a previous Komplete version.

If you own the new Komplete 15 Standard (or a higher tier), then you should already have all of the Leap Expansions available to you. Same thing if you just own Kontakt 8 (full version, not Player).

After having gone through all the faff of finding out which Leap Expansions I am missing there's just one. The lo-fi vibes one. It is impossible to download because it's free and there seems to be no way of downloading it to a cart: clicking through on the product takes you to a link for Komplete Start.

So the video and Americanesque link to 'keep the customer away from suppport' are chocolate teapot grade usefulness.

Try using the LEAP for the Leap expansion only with nothing else in cart. Vouchers will most likely not work if having not qualifying items in the cart As for the $25 voucher then that will not work for bundles, updates , NKS, third party , already discounted , hardware, blah blah blah (read the fine print in the email where you got the voucher) , in short then the $25 vouchers is only useful for getting some expansions or for getting a discount on something N.I. not already discounted..

That might be the issue, as the code worked fine for me yesterday, when I only had the Leap expansion in the cart I wanted to use the code with.

Maybe, just order one item and add the coupon to it. And repeat this for the other items.

I own Komplete Start 15. I have added the free Komplete Start to my account, but I still don't have the free Leap Lo-fi Vibes and Leap Accoutis drums.

BTW because I own Komplete Standard, I already own all paid Leap expansions.. So no free gift for me this year.

So I clicked thorugh the link for Leap Lo-fi Vibe. To arrive at the page for Komplete Start. I clicked on that. Nothing happened in my account. It told me to go to Native Access. Nothing happened there and as there was no product code added to my account - nothing to do.

I then opened Leap in Kontak8 and Lo-Fi Vibes had been added. Was this strange and obfuscated process designed by someone who sits on a computer screen for far too long?

Anyway, thanks for the expansion.

Lo-Fi Vibe is automatic when you get Kontakt 8 Player or full.

Until I went through the above process, it was not showing in Kontakt 8. It didn't appear in my account nor did it appear in Native Access as an installed or available option. It still doesn't. It still doesn't appear in the side pane in classic view (all the other Leap expansions appear somewhere in this seemingly jumbled display). However, it does appear in this view now (see pic), and only this view, and has become available through it. Strange, but now accessible.
