After loading Komplete 14 ultimate onto my new Mac Mini the standalone applications are not showing up in launchpad that were there on my other computer. The only ones showing up are Kontact 7, guitar rig and control editor !

I can't find anyway to ask NI directly this question. Is there support nonexistent now ?

Any help is greatly appreciated ,thanks.

The work around I'm using is, I created Aliases of the standalone programs, which are on an External SSD. I then moved those to a New Folder on my desktop. Seems to work pretty well.

Hey there, it seems that the newer Mac OS systems exhibit a different behaviour with our apps and the launchpad. One of my colleagues came up with this solution: Copy the Native Instruments folder found in Applications to another location on the computer. I have to insist here, you have to right click and choose copy, dragging & dropping will only copy an alias and not the actual folder. Then delete the NI folder in Applications. Put back the Native Instruments folder. Now you should see a Native Instruments (Other) in your Launchpad:

Maybe I didn't do it right? I copied the NI folder (with right click), That was in the Applications folder to my external SSD. Sent the NI file to trash that was in the Applications folder. Then restarted my computer and moved it back from the SSD. No change.

When I open that NI file it only has the 3 programs that show up in Launchpad, Kontakt 8, Guitar rig 6 and controller editor.

I have also tried to reinstall the missing programs from Native Access and no change.

@DHB I imagine you're on Sequoia, I could do what I described on Ventura, it's very possible that Apple changed a few things again. Honestly, I doubt that this launchpad will be looked into in the near future. It will be easier to change your workflow on that matter, either by keeping the NI apps you use the most in the dock or using CMD + Space Bar to get them. I personnally do it this way, having to launch different apps all the time to check things for support. That works for me, that doesn't mean it will for you so, if you feel that it's a very important feature for you, you can get in touch with our installation specialists here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA
