very old Komplete 4 Serial number - already registered (to me - but 10 years ago)

I have a very old Komplete 4 Serial number (and DVDs, case, etc.) - it's already registered (to me - but 10+ years ago probably). The help page says in this scenario - contact support. But there is no clear way to do so. The chat just puts me in a loop.

How does one file a ticket? I cannot find that functionality or a web page for that.

Can anybody here help me?

Not sure I understand the issue.

If it is already registered to your account - what is the concern?

You can simply login anytime and see your registrations etc.

its not registered to my account. Or maybe its registered to an old account which I have long forgotten about. I was into music tech years ago. left it and am now getting back into it. So there is a gap and Im trying to upgrade old paid for software
