Service Center Download for Mac 11.7.10

Since Native, like other companies, seems to have done away with customer service and turned the burden over to its patrons, could anyone help with this:

I spent hundreds on Native Komplete ten years ago. It worked fine. My old computer died and because I'm not rich, I bought a refurbished Mac with 11.7.10. The "service center" download required to activate the products I bought will not work with my operating system. Is there an option for download that will work with my computer so that I can use the products I bought? (I've tried all the downloads on the Native website)

You have to be very specific as to what it is that you are actually trying to get installed for people to be able to advice in the best possible way.
