Komplete Audio 6 mk2 isn't recognized by MacBook Air 2024

Hi there,

I need some help. I couldn't find the exact same problem for my case.

I recently bought a MacBook Air 2024. The Komplete Audio 6 mk2 isn't recognized neither by the system nor Ableton live. I'm running MacOS sequoia 15.1.1 now, but even 1 hour ago by running 14, it didn't get recognized. The LED's do go on as soon as I put in the USB into the docking station. The USB-LED is on, but still no sign of recognition.

Cheers,
Mesut

Forget to mention: I did download the Native Access and added the serial again.

do you have another sound interface or microphone connected to the same hub? anything with a soundcard?

I found out that because of the energy that sound interfaces use, you ant have more than 2 plugged in to the same hub, gotta use a separate hub or connect it to a different port on the computer.

That's if you're having the same problem I did, it took me a while but eventually I realised that my usb microphone being on the same hub was causing the problem.

If not that then maybe a compatibility issue with sequoia, cos I don't see audio 6 mk2 on the compatible list yet

I only have a monitor on the same hub. But even when I disconnect the monitor, the only thing connected to the hub is the Komplete Audio, it still doesn't get recognized. Maybe the hub fails. I'm going to try another hub or adapter. I'll let you know.

Problem solved… With another hub it did get recognized. I got a 10 in 1 USB C HUB by Lemorele which is damaged…
