  • How to Switch Plug-in Presets via MIDI Program Change

HI, I can see that you can change up and down, but is the ability to change to any patch via a midi controller there? If not, it should be… then I can use it effectively.

  • Simplfied Panning Effect

I am aware that you can pan the track by using Split Mix plugin to pan the channel, but will there be ever a simplified way of panning? You know, to just have a panning plugin inside Guitar Rig and pan the whole rack and track in an easier and shorter way? If you know what I mean...

  • Vinyl Guitar Rig Rack/ emulation

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone had any good plugin FX chains in Guitar Rig 7 for getting that crackling, warm, Vinyl texture.. Sound & feel. Seeing as quite a few of GR7’s updated modules.. where LoFi focused.. I thought this might be appropriate to ask. Most times with other plugins it ends up sounding as if the…

  • [BUG] Reflektor dropdowns change to blue color after being clicked

Small cosmetic thing but it's garish after awhile. Simply clicking on the Reflektor IR dropdown or the < will tint it in blue, at least on my Mac. It does not appear to go away.

  • I hope NI treats Reaktor like they treat Guitar Rigs

Every time I see Komplete updating, I don't see any changes in Reaktor. To be honest, I feel heartbroken, but I can see Guitar Rig. A software that has been up and down for so many years has been reupdated. So why can't Reaktor.

  • Guitar Rig 7 Pro update refuses to register (repost with proper tags)

So I bought the Guitar Rig 7 Pro update, which I qualify for since I have Guitar Rig 5 Pro already. And yet it refuses to register the serial code for some reason. Does anyone know what's going on with this? I can't seem to find any way to directly contact support about this, so this forum seems to be all I have for it.

  • Guitar Rig 7 LE for Steinberg not appearing in NA

I registered the product while upgrading Cubase. I added its Serial number in Native Access. The products now appears in the "Registered Products" section of the "MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS" page. However it does not appear as a downloadable item in NA. I have already tried the suggested solutions (refresh NA,…

  • 5 must-know bass riffs: how to recreate their sound

Hey all, This is a great article. I'd definitely like to see a lot more of these, partly so I can replicate those tones, but also because they help me to understand what Guitar Rig can do. A couple of tiny improvements. Why, oh why, don't you include the presets for these? Yes I can set them up myself, but I'd like to have…

hi, i got some nowadays presets for heavy metal guitar in gr7, but i cant load anything, i go in file>preferences and rescan the path and still dont appear, i go into file>import and try to import the preset and still dont appear, what do i do?

  • Macros

Does Grig7 have seperate macros for the global area, if not how can i lock the macros so they are fixed linked to the global area instead of changing ever preset load.

  • Maybe an unusual thank you post

I want to thank NI for the incredible Guitar Rig, it can produce some unbelievable guitar sounds and I'd like you all here take a good listen to this piece of mine which has, IMHO, just about the best Strat tones I've heard anywhere (been playing for sixty odd years). I'd like to post a link to the tune which has the…

  • Thank you post...

I posted this in another forum here but thought it would be at home here… I want to thank NI for the incredible Guitar Rig, it can produce some unbelievable guitar sounds and I'd like you all here take a good listen to this piece of mine which has, IMHO, just about the best Strat tones I've heard anywhere (been playing for…

  • Only a fraction of amps, plugins and factory presets accessible (Guitar Rig 7 Pro)

Hello, I recently purchased Guitar Rig 7 pro. Upon opening it for the first time I found that most of the features were inaccessible. It seems I may be stuck in a demo mode of sorts, even after I paid for it. Prior to this purchase I downloaded Komplete Start, which may have something to do with the issue I am having.…

  • Some Requests for Signal Flow

I like the Signal Flow in general, because it lets you see the entire rig, which is useful. But, when it comes to a huge number of effects in one rig, the Signal Flow can barely show which effect is which… It would be super great to make a Zooming option for Signal Flow, if you know what I mean. Also, if it's possible, to…

  • Dedicated freeze effect

Hello, There are quite some effects within Guitar Rig 7 which have a freeze function (mainly reverbs) to hold/freeze the reverb sound. It would be very nice to have a dedicated freeze effect to freeze the current guitar/bass sound when the effect button is pressed which would result in infinite sustain until the effect is…
