Guitar Rig 7 LE for Steinberg not appearing in NA

I registered the product while upgrading Cubase.
I added its Serial number in Native Access.
The products now appears in the "Registered Products" section of the "MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS" page.
However it does not appear as a downloadable item in NA.
I have already tried the suggested solutions (refresh NA, restart NA, delete the NA xml file…) with no success.
