Cannot Transfer a Licence

Dear Community,

I purchased a X1 MK3 controller from a reseller in Poland and my product is a kind of defective and want to return it (Browser & Beat Jump knobs are too sensitive = low resistance).

I have faced an problem with License Transfer (please see attached screenshot) - I cannot transfer my license for some reason.

Does anyone have an idea why I cannot transfer a license for a device that I purchased 2 weeks ago? I am suspecting that I've been sold a demo unit (not for sale).

I guess my only option is to return the controller as is - with the license connected to my account.

Licence transfers are blocked for 60 days after registration. You'll need to contact Account support to release it if you need to return the item. You can do that starting here - https://bit.ly/n1acc

You can not transfer license yourself within the first 60 days you would have to ask support. And also then if you need a license removed from account then you will have to ask support.

All such issues are handled exclusively by N.I. Account Support
