Dear Community,
I purchased a X1 MK3 controller from a reseller in Poland and my product is a kind of defective and want to return it (Browser & Beat Jump knobs are too sensitive = low resistance).
I have faced an problem with License Transfer (please see attached screenshot) - I cannot transfer my license for some reason.
Does anyone have an idea why I cannot transfer a license for a device that I purchased 2 weeks ago? I am suspecting that I've been sold a demo unit (not for sale).
I guess my only option is to return the controller as is - with the license connected to my account.
