Native Access No Longer Recognizes Path To My NA Library.

I have been using my NA library for several months without any difficulty until last week when the NA app began to list only a few of the many licensed NA products that the app used to recognize. The location of the library has not changed since I originally installed the library files.
My equipment and licensed software:
NA Version 3.17.0 (d0b7b7b / 1.23.0.0)
Apple MacBook Pro M3 Max Running Sequoia 15.3.2 I am the only user of this Mac and no anti-virus or anti-malware is active on the computer.
Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2
My NA Content is stored on an external CalDigit Tuff nano Plus SSD 2T (APFS) connected directly to the Mac by a Thunderbolt 4 cable. I have verified that the Mac is able to read files from and write files to the SSD. My NI library on the SSD has 848 Gb of installed product libraries.
I followed the suggestions for fixing this problem as detailed in the Native Instruments Support site, including:
Closing NA and all MIDI and audio software, then restarting the NA app and pressing “Refresh”. This was not successful.
Unplugging the S88 MK2, rebooting the Mac, restarting NA, reattaching the S88 MK2 and turning it on. This was not successful.
Deleted NativeAccess.xml from Service Center folder, Rebooted the Mac, Restarted NA. This was not successful.
Deleted: NA app, com.native-instruments.Native Access.plist. and com.native-instruments.nativeaccess2.savedState. Then rebooted the Mac, downloaded a new copy of NA from the Native Instruments site, installed the app and rebooted the Mac. This was not successful.
During this last step, the Komplete Kontrol app disappeared from my installed apps. The NA app does not offer me the option of downloading an installation file to reinstall Komplete Kontrol.
I will be glad to provide any additional information you may need to help me restore the normal function of the NA and KK apps.
With my appreciation for any advice you are able to offer,
Justin S.

What I am interested in - is what you see in Native Access and not so much what is in Kontakt.
And - what do we see (for a library that is missing) when you click on Manage Libraries (in Kontakt)
Possible for a few more screencaps?

Hello JustinPS, have you tried the steps in this Knowledge Base Article below:
Kontakt Browser Error: "Library not Found"
I hope this helps☺️

Thank you, VP, for your quick reply. I have attached screen captures that I hope will provide the information you requested. Please let me know if you would like anything else. The Komplete Kontrol app has disappeared from my Mac and the NI site does not offer me an option to download or restore it.

Hmm. Have you logged into you NI account to see exactly what you should have?
Native Access - to me looks strange and devoid of anything - indicating a possible mismatched account or some other major XML troubles.
Komplete Kontrol comes down via Native Access - there is no manual download.
Because this started so suddenly - we need to rule out hardware as well. What exactly have you done to confirm that this external is actually functioning correctly? I find it very strange that one minute it's all good and then suddenly it is not.
Finally - what is the status of changes to your system? Any updates from NI? Any updates to the OS? Any updates to anything that you can remember within the last week?

Hi VP,
Thank you, yes I have followed the solution recommended by the Kontakt Browser Error: "Library not Found" section of the NI Product Support site. Please see the included screen captures. It is as if NA knows where my libraries are located but for some reason, does not recognize the individual libraries contained within the library folder. I tried using Kontakt 7 and the Kontakt 8 player to display all of my individual product libraries and although these did list some or all of the libraries, the presets within a given library failed to load the library into my S88 MK2. I tried copying my library folder (800+Gb) to a Samsung 2Tb ExFAT SSD and using it as the source of the library files, but NA still failed to list all of my libraries or load any into my instrument.

N.A. will not correctly read a second destination of libraries as long as it can still see the previous one. Meaning if you are totally resetting N.A. , Kontakt , what not , then prior to introducing the new destination then you should rename old folder so that N.A. can no longer see it.
(my post is on this issue only , relation of your action with all the rest I have not bothered to look into)(also you putting screenshots in PDf is not the greatest solution , much better to upload as high res images)

"NA will not correctly read a second destination of libraries as long as it can still see the previous one."
Agreed.
As a test - create a brand new folder out on that external drive - (call it NI Libraries or something) and move one single broken library out of the old (compromised) location into this new folder.
Then let NA trip the error again for the missing 114 and point it to this new location. You should see the single library that you moved - come off the list. If it does - move the others - maybe 20 at a time and slowly repoint/relocate.
If it does not - OR you get the same error about NA being unable to see/recognize the drive - you have either a permissions issue, an OS issue or a hardware problem at a lower level.
Let us know how it goes.

FYI Mac OS X often messes up the drive location, it could be this: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/19786452976029-I-Constantly-Have-to-Relocate-My-Products-in-Native-Access-macOS

Thank you, VP and red_nick, for your willingness to help me troubleshoot this issue. I took my M3 Max Mac to the Apple Store to have it tested for any problems with the hardware or the operating system and both were found to be functioning normally. The disk utility showed that the volume name matched the mount point. I created a new directory for my library and moved a single instrument library into it. NA recognized the directory and the single file it contained but NA did not display the library image of the file as it used to.
The NA application "Help" section includes "How to Uninstall NI Software". Would you suggest that I follow these instructions and if so, what NI products should I remove before reinstalling the NA installation file (Kontakt, Kontakt 7, Kontakt 8 Player, Native Access,…)?

PS - Thank you also to Mert_NI and PoorFellow.
I think that an Apple hardware or software problem has been ruled out, and permissions of the relevant directories and files are set to "Read and Write" for all users. Would it be helpful if I provided a Support File (NA→Help→Create…)?

I created a new directory for my library and moved a single instrument library into it. NA recognized the directory and the single file it contained
If that woks completely other than the image problem then that is the route to take for the rest of it.
but NA did not display the library image of the file as it used to.
That ought to be otherwise fixable , Afterwards fixing the N.A. problem then if pictures are missing then try this :
