Native Access "installation failed" on all updates after upgrade to Mac Sequoia

After update from Sonoma to Sequoia on M1 Mac, Native Access fails to update any available updates with this message: "Installation Failed: You may need to grant full disk access to Native Access and the Daemon. Follow these steps and try again".

I verified that they were all granted full disk access and still failing, so I deleted them from full disk access, then I downloaded and reinstalled Native Access 2 (M1 version), and restarted, then added these back into full disk access again: Native Access, NIHardwareAgent, NIHostintegrationAgent, and NTKDaemon, and restarted again.

That didn't work, so I Googled around and someone suggested I delete the preference file /Library/Preferences/com.native-instruments.product-list.plist, but I could not find any file with a similar name on my system.

Lastly I tried opening up permissions (read/write to everyone) on my home Library and Documents folders, and that didn't help. So I'm stuck.
