UPDATE: I don't seem to be able to edit my original post, but here is the Nord Rack 2 template with the renames Zip file. Apologies for the original mistake.

So I started it and playing around, it's unfortunately not that easy but I'm on it and will upload it here if I have something useful, like I said I concentrate on the cubase channel strip

Seems like a Serum template would also need to be accompanied by a Serum midi CC map since there is no default midi map, correct?

Probably but there is already a full NKS version for this which can cover a lot more params than a MIDI template which is limited to 128

Is there an NKS version that works with Serum AU? or just VST?

There's a third party one done by @JesterMgee (who has done many excellent third party NKS implementations) here. Note that KK runs as an AU but only hosts VSTs.

I've been waiting for so long for this update and have had a lot of fun creating my own midi templates and even customizing the colors of the keybed LEDs. I have a few questions:
- Is there a way to trigger a midi template change externally? I'm using a program called GigPerformer with a lot of different VST setups and it would be awesome if I could send a midi command to the keybard when I change to different setups and have the midi template correspond to what I select.
- Are there any plans for importing graphics? Like JPGs. I don't mind a strict size limit due to storage, this would still open up a lot of possibilities.
- Are there any plans for an external editor? Of course it's easy to edit .kmt-files on my PC, and someone will probably create a 3rd party tool for this based off of that, but I'm asking if NI has this on their roadmap.
- Is there a way to do more with the keybed colors? I wanted a rainbow effect just for fun, but only way to do it was creating as many keyzones as I could and offset the colors incrementally (see image). I'm picturing an option within a single keyzone that says "rainbow" or even "gradient" letting me choose a start and end color. I know the keyboard only support the colors available already, so it could distribute them evenly, although stepped.

uh yeah, I want a KITT-mode1 -
Yeah, animated ones as well!
Oh, and my question no.4 didn't make it into my post, so I'll add it here:
4. In the previous firmware version, I could change the CC sent by my expression pedals, but this is now gone and not editable in the new editor (to my knowledge). This messed up a lot of my previous mappings and I've had to find a tedious workaround for the time being.
