    I just plugged in my Strymon Nightsky.
    it is set to MIDI channel 16.
    I then simply changed your BigSky template from channel 1 to 16 -
    CC102 [Bypass] is for both pedals the same…
    and your template works very well.

    so: seems your BigSky settings need to be changed.
    I'd try to play around with the CC 102:
    connect the BigSky, make sure KSMK3 sends [MIDI Out Dual]
    then change the MIDI channel for the KSMK3 template, test all of them, eg 1 through 16, and check if [Bypass] works as a MIDI command.

    Here is a template for Logic Alchemy SMART controls - so it covers:

    Page 1 - Remix pad, 2 morph XYs,

    Page 2 - 8 macros

    Page 3 - ADSR

    You will still need to map the controls in Logic as it doesn't provide any way to export a mapping, but that takes just a couple of mins using learn to external controller - once done it persists between sessions

    Yes I own a Montage M, and plan on mapping it for my s88 MK3 , with Maschine and Komplete Kontrol in the future as well. That looks great, where can we download your images or Montage M ESP NKS files at ?

    Hello, I managed to use my Big Sky midi model but only in standalone keyboard mode, that is to say when it is not connected to a computer but only by the power cable.

    Do you know how to fix this problem

    @YanRaph Yep — one of the many headscratching decisions made by the NI team. If you're on Mac, download something called MidiPipe and move the Midi In / Out of the NI device you're using from the left window to the right. You'll see what I mean. You'll have to do this every time btw.

    I Hope Someone can Help me!!! I followed the Instructions on how to get to the Midi templates. But when I get there, the Import Export Options are greyed out and Not selectable. The Keyboard is connected to my Machine directly, I updated the Firmware on the Kontrol Mk3, but when I press ****** and Browser to get to the Midi Templates, Import and Export are greyed out. I can't Load Templates. I'm sure there is something Simple I'm missing in my setup. I just got it a few days ago Maybe its my Midi setup setting I messed up on my Mac. Oh Im also On Mac OS Sequioa 15.1.1

    I really wish NI had included an X-Y-Z controller on their MK3 keyboards. There are so many instruments, even within NI proprietary ecosystem, that have these types of controls. Hopefully they consider for future iterations.

    I'm trying to give it a shot with XLN Life. Unfortunately, they chose a control surface for their macros that are not truly X-Y. For example, when trying to map the Sound Variation macro, Life gives you two CC messages to control it. But rather than X-Y, the first CC kind of controls magnitude and the second one controls the direction, based on a coordinate position of the circumference of a circle. It's annoying asf to be honest. Has anyone tried creating a template for Life or similar annoying controls?
