    By the way, what do you mean by loaded into the plugin?

    The .ezbp preset files should be loaded into EZBass (in the standalone application or VST3 plugin).

    The MIDI CC mappings to knobs are saved per preset for most instruments and effects, so switching to another preset may loose this mapping. I don't have Omnisphere to test.

    Kontrol S MK3 is always sending out the MIDI information.

    If you are finding the MIDI information is not being received, that is on the DAW/Omnisphere side, and not something within our control.

    You need to create a custom MIDI learn template in Omnisphere first and have that loaded

    This is much better to do in NKS though as it uses host automation and you can create much more detailed mappings that are saved with the NKS patch - MIDI is too limited for Omnisphere
