Reaktor 6 Demo Mode

Hi,

5 hours ago I purchased Reaktor 6 Full — it shows correctly in my Native Instruments account. However, after many attempts, Native Access still installs Reaktor in Demo mode.

  • I’ve deleted all .jwt activation tokens
  • I’ve cleared all Native Access and installer caches
  • I’ve reinstalled both Native Access and Reaktor multiple times
  • I’ve used “Run as Administrator”
  • I’ve tried “Register” from Reaktor (it does nothing)
  • Native Access now shows Reaktor 6 (not Player), but it stays in Demo with no license being applied

Also, maybe I forgot to list something. But I tried everything from my side, trust me. I dont know what to do anymore. NI doesnt have an Email and they dont reply to my messages in the support chat. I need a full license file pushed to my account from their side or any other manual fix you can provide. I'm fully stuck and this is blocking my work.

I tried for 4 HOURS with the chat support team, and they literally ghosted and somehow "blocked" me? (See pictures). They just close my tickets and dont reply. All prove is on pictures that i included in this post.

    Please do not post screenshots of serial numbers or other personal information.

    Nobody is 'ghosting' you and N.I. will give you what you paid for.

    I can call for @Jeremy_NI and ask him : Could you please check up on this ? (Jeremy will not be here until Tuesday or later)
