I was able to login with the 3.4 work around but now all my products are gone!#$%^&*(

Also, when will the Izotope accounts be fixed
I cant seem my history, and I have to turn my vpn off to use the portal.
My portal does not list all my products either

I wonder if these issues are related… a holiday weekend sort of makes sense to do the switchover

Yeah, my issues started last Friday
I've put in multiple tickets, and have asked what the switchover plan is, but it's been crickets so far
No wonder, they blew it up real good
I don't seem to have any problems with the NI portal though

Thanks Aiden for creating this thread. I was about to pull my hair out trying to figure out what is wrong after just purchasing the Komplete 14 Ultimate upgrade, and then I stumbled on this thread after a fair bit of searching...

Same issue here: "Unable to log in. Please restart your computer and try again." How will I be able to update NA if I can't log in?

Of course man, everytime there's a bug or a problem I post it here, somtimes more than once. Some NI members don't like it and send me warnings via DM, claiming that I "double post" or "spam" the forum, the one who did it knows who he is,
while other NI members like Jeremy and Hayo, they are patient, kind and I highly appreciate their constant efforts today. Respect them and stay patient and I am sure that a solution is in the making.
I also apologize for your experience even though I am just a customer like you, this is not the first time NI messes up, I hope you get to install your products tomorrow my friend. Damn it's indeed frustrating :/.

To your point about this not being the first time, I have vivid memories of the days when loading Komplete was by way of CD's. Lots of CDs. It rarely went smoothly

Same same problem. But also after installing Native access 3.4.00 Still doesn't work it says A more recent version of NTKDeamon was found.instalation will quit...

Same thing occurred after I downgraded...I'll wait for a patch

Just uninstall the old Native Instruments NTKDaemon as well. I uninstalled Native Access and NTKDaemon and then installed 3.4.0 and it's working fine.
It did say that 3.5.1 will be installed the second I close the application though, which is kind of annoying if it forces the update.
