Hello I have this controller almost 4 years now and play and cues it doesn't work well. My question is I want to buy new one but looks like you still have the same one and you didn't upgrade. So I wanted to know if you gonna release any new controller or should I move to another software and controller?

Standalone midi mode on Maschine MK2?
To control external gear and programs on IOS/android it would be nice that you can upload your midi mapping to your Maschine MK2. So you can use it without connecting it to an MAC or PC to load in the midimapping. Can this be done with a firmware update? Or is it allready possible?

Why NI not answering my support tickets????
I purchased products on '60% sales' , it turns out that as of today, I have not received a refund, I have not received the products, my orders say 'Shipped'... Customer support doesn't respond to tickets, I don't know what else to do... Is anyone else having the same thing happen????

I don’t receive a purchase
Maybe somebody can help me. The 30/07/23 i buy an offer pack plugins and i never receive the download mail.
